Your mission within the team:
As a Receptionist, you provide a warm and professional welcome while anticipating guests’ needs. You handle arrivals, departures, reservations, and billing, assign rooms, and provide information about the hotel and the region. You prepare daily reports, manage special requests, and resolve delicate situations. You apply current policies, collaborate with all departments, and contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Your signature welcome:

  • Professional or college diploma in accommodation or hospitality
  • At least three (3) years of experience in a similar position or in customer service
  • Fully bilingual (French and English, spoken and written), due to regular verbal interactions with an international clientele
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of the Lightspeed system is an asset
  • You are available during the day, in the evening, on weekends (Saturday and Sunday mandatory), on holidays, as well as one full weekday.
